Padel Luxe is a Manchester padel series where sport, wellness, networking and culture collide.
We bring together the region's most passionate players, brands, businesses and spectators for days that go a long way past the court. Every tournament runs at Carbon Padel Club in Manchester, with padel across the afternoon, pilates running alongside it, a live DJ and a room worth being in.

We have your entry. We will email you the payment details, and your place is held once payment has been received.

We want the day to run cleanly and fairly for everyone on the court. These are the terms you agree to when you enter.
Entry is by pair, and both players are registered together on one entry. Your combined Playtomic rating must not exceed 9, which keeps the draw competitive. We may ask to see your Playtomic profiles, and we can decline or re-seed an entry where the rating given does not reflect the standard of play.
Entry is £60 per player, £120 for the pair. Places are limited and allocated first come, first served. A place is only confirmed once payment has been received, not when the form is submitted.
If you need to withdraw, email us at Shaquillereid@padelluxegroup.co.uk as early as you can so we can offer your place to a pair on the waiting list.
Entries are non-refundable, but they are transferable: you may send another pair in your place, or swap one player, as long as you tell us before the day and the combined rating still meets the cap. If we cancel the tournament, you get a full refund. If we have to move the date, you can take the new date or a full refund.
Please arrive in good time for your first match. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but a match may be forfeited if a pair is not ready when called.
The format, including group sizes and the number of matches, depends on how many pairs enter and will be confirmed before the day. Decisions of the organisers on scoring, scheduling and conduct are final.
Padel Luxe is meant to be enjoyable. Abusive or unsafe behaviour towards players, spectators, staff or the venue will end your day, without a refund.
The day is photographed and filmed, and those images and clips are used to promote Padel Luxe and its partners, including on this site and on social media. By entering, you agree to appear in them. If you would rather not, tell us before play starts and we will do our best to keep you out of shot, though we cannot promise it at a busy venue.
You take part at your own risk and should be satisfied you are fit to play. We are not able to cover you for injury, and we recommend you have your own cover. Padel Luxe does not accept liability for loss or damage to personal belongings. The venue's own rules apply throughout, alongside these.
Reformer pilates is booked and paid for separately at £35 and is not part of your tournament entry. It is led by Hannah Jae Taylor with Carbon Studios and runs in 45 minute tiers across the afternoon. The £35 covers your tier, a minimum of 2 hours of social padel and a matcha on arrival. The same terms on safety and photography apply.
We only collect what we need to register your pair, take your payment and contact you about the day. This explains what that is, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

When you enter, the form asks for your team name, both players' names, a link to each player's Playtomic profile, a mobile number, an email address, your combined Playtomic rating, and anything you choose to add in the notes field. That is all of it. We do not ask for anything else, and there is nothing hidden in the form.
The Playtomic links are optional, and we use them only to check that a pair's rating matches how they actually play, so the draw stays fair.
We never see your card details. Payment is taken on SumUp's own checkout, so your card information goes to them and never touches this site.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to sponsors or partners. A small number of services handle data on our behalf so the site can work at all:
This site sets no cookies of its own and has no analytics or tracking on it, which is why you have not been asked to accept anything. The embedded Google map may set its own cookies once it loads.
Entry details are kept for 12 months after the tournament, so we can deal with any query about the day. Records we need for accounts are kept for six years, as tax rules require. After that it is deleted.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Email Shaquillereid@padelluxegroup.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The covers what we collect and why. This covers how we look after it.
The entry form asks for seven things and none of them are optional extras we might find useful later. If we do not need it to run the tournament, we do not ask for it. That is the simplest protection there is.
Entries are read by the people running Padel Luxe and nobody else. They are not shared with sponsors or partners, and they are not sold. Where a service handles data for us, listed in the Privacy Policy, it does so on our instructions only.
The site is served over HTTPS, so your entry is encrypted in transit. Entries are held in Netlify's forms area behind an account we control, and payment is handled entirely on SumUp's systems, so no card details exist anywhere in our records.
Entry details are deleted 12 months after the tournament. Financial records are kept for six years because tax rules require it. Nothing is kept indefinitely just in case.
If personal data is lost or exposed and there is a risk to the people involved, we will report it to the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours of becoming aware, and tell those affected directly where the risk to them is high.
Padel Luxe tournaments are for adults, and the entry form is not intended for under 18s. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we will remove them.
